Welcome to LedgerPulseEdge. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, digital products, and merchandise.

1. Scope of Terms

These terms apply to all offerings by LedgerPulseEdge related to accounting and reporting under the domain LedgerPulseEdge.com.

2. Services

2.1 Description: Our services include customized report generation, data analysis, and advisory support in the field of accounting and reporting.

2.2 Schedule Changes: You may reschedule a session by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance via our contact form.

2.3 Cancellation and Refund: If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled session, we will refund any fees paid via your original method within 14 days. For cancellations after that period or for sessions already delivered, refunds are not available due to the tailored nature of the service. However, you may transfer your session to another qualified individual at no extra cost by notifying us at least 3 days before the appointment.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Description: Digital downloads include guides, templates, and recorded workshops.

3.2 Access: Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

3.3 Reimbursement: Due to immediate access, digital products are non-reimbursable. If a file is defective or inaccessible, contact us within 5 days for a replacement copy.

4. Merchandise

4.1 Description: Physical items such as branded notebooks and apparel.

4.2 Eligibility for Reimbursement: Unused items in original packaging may be sent back within 30 days of receipt. We will process a refund for the product cost within 14 days of receiving the item. Shipping costs to our address are the customer's responsibility. We will cover shipping of any replacement item.

4.3 Exchanges: Defective or incorrect merchandise may be exchanged at no extra cost if you notify us within 14 days of receipt.

5. Refund Procedures

To request a reimbursement, contact us via our contact form with your order details. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing may take up to 14 days. If the original method is unavailable, we will issue an account credit for future purchases.
